Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Troop Issue Collective order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Because car air fresheners are consumable products, opened or used air fresheners are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Troop Issue Collective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
